About HSEDigger

HSEDigger.com, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında 20 yılı aşkın uluslararası deneyime sahip İSG profesyoneli R. Bora Alper tarafından kurulmuştur. Alper, kariyeri boyunca inşaat, altyapı, nükleer enerji ve havacılık sektörlerinde Türkiye ve yurt dışında pek çok büyük ölçekli projede görev yapmıştır.

Nasıl Doğdu?

HSEDigger, sahada defalarca yaşanan aynı sorundan doğdu: proje başlamış, şantiye kurulmuş — ama temel İSG belgeleri henüz hazır değil.

"Yıllarca farklı ülkelerde, farklı sektörlerde proje yürüttüm. Her seferinde aynı tablo: proje başlamış, şantiye kurulmuş, ama temel İSG belgeleri hala hazır değil. Oysa plan, prosedür, form — bunların hepsi projenin ilk gününden önce masada hazır olmalı. İSG uzmanının asıl değeri sahada, riskin yanında üretilir; masa başında belge peşinde koşarak değil. HSEDigger'ın amacı o masa başı yükünü almak — geri kalan her şey zaten uzmanın işi."

HSEDigger.com; ISO 45001:2018, ISO 45001+A1:2024 ve AB Direktifi 92/57/EEC başta olmak üzere uluslararası standartlara uygun 80'den fazla hazır belgeyi Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak ücretsiz sunmaktadır. Belgeler kullanıcılar tarafından kendi projeleri ve işletmeleri için serbestçe uyarlanabilir.

Platformun can damarı olan SafeDocAI, yapay zeka destekli belge üretim aracıdır. Kullanıcılar sektörlerini ve aktivitelerini tanımlayarak saniyeler içinde indirmeye hazır, özelleştirilmiş İSG belgesi oluşturabilmektedir.

SafetyOnSite

HSEDigger ile birlikte geliştirilen SafetyOnSite, Android platformunda yapay zeka destekli saha denetim uygulamasıdır. Her iki ürün birbirini tamamlar nitelikte tasarlanmıştır: biri sahadaki riskleri tespit ederken diğeri o sahanın belge altyapısını en baştan hazır hale getirir.

HSEDigger.com was founded by R. Bora Alper, an HSE professional with over 20 years of international experience in health, safety and environment management. Throughout his career, Alper has worked on major projects across construction, infrastructure, nuclear energy and aviation sectors in Turkey and abroad.

How It Started

HSEDigger was born from a problem encountered repeatedly in the field: the project has started, the site is up and running — but the essential HSE documents are not yet in place.

"I worked on projects across different countries and sectors for years. Every time, the same picture: the project has started, the site is set up, but the basic HSE documents are still not ready. A safety plan, procedure or form should be ready before day one — prepared at the desk before the site begins. An HSE professional's real value is created in the field, beside the risk. HSEDigger's purpose is to take that desk burden away — the rest is handled by the professional's own expertise."

The Platform

HSEDigger.com provides over 80 ready-to-use documents — compliant with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 45001+A1:2024 and EU Directive 92/57/EEC — available in both Turkish and English, free of charge. Documents can be freely adapted by users for their own projects and organisations.

SafeDocAI, the lifeblood of the platform, is an AI-powered document generation tool. Users can describe their sector and activity and generate a customised, download-ready HSE document in seconds.

SafetyOnSite

SafetyOnSite, developed alongside HSEDigger, is an AI-assisted HSE inspection application for Android. Both products are designed to complement each other: one identifies risks in the field, the other ensures the site's document infrastructure is ready from the very start.
